Description

If you are ever in the Hudson Valley and are interested in vintage planes, visit the Old Rhinebeck Airdrome on weekends during the summer...it's lots of fun as well as educational. This is excellent, Barb! You've really captured the look of the era, and her uniform is perfect.

I remember reading about an entire corps of women pilots that flew the newly manufactured fighters to the bases from which they would be deployed to the war.
