Description
since 10 years we have this old watch, it was a heritage from a uncle. She was laying in a box, it was time to spend some time with it, take some photograph - I was always thinking that she is damaged but the watch still works! Mechanical wonder, and Swiss quality😉 she must be about 60 or 70 years old and today I was give her to get a renovation, new braclet, new glass, polish the gold and I will be in some weeks the owner of a brand new and very old vintage watch :-)
for instant I did some pictures and some postwork :-)

I've heard of Schaffhausen watches, they're famous. (This is a classic modern design---"squared" numbers, a simple face, with a separate second-hand.) I love that you put a cat in front of it, and two cat's eyes in the wrist-band-----as if the eyes are calling the cat. And the watch towers over the cat! Plus, the background light is silver-gray, which is a good background for that deep black band. A fine macro of a watch, and I love the cat motifs...
