Hello, I'm back!
I am doing so well that I am now 90% pain free (without infiltrations), my lumbar vertebrae were totally blocked, and I'm also suffering from Poly-Arthrosis.
Since I continue to suffer from balance disorders, I have to be able to learn to walk properly again with a *Rollator* and continue to be a physiotherapist to the police. Unfortunately, the chlorine in the swimming pool hall has my eyes so much reddened, so I can only walk around with dark sunglasses at the moment (chlorine, sunglasses). and the plastic lenses are not compatible), but I already have an appointment tomorrow with the Ophthalmologist. I hope I can see better in a few days.

Es geht mir soweit gut und dass ich jetzt zu 90% schmerzfrei bin (ohne Infiltrationen), meine Lenden-Wirbel waren total blockiert, ausserdem leide ich an einer Poly-Arthrose.
Da ich weiterhin unter Gleichgewichtstörungen leide, muss ich für eine längere Zeit mit einem *Rollator* wieder richtig gehen lernen und auch weiterhin einen Physiotherapeuten in Anspruch nehmen muss. Leider hat das Chlor in der Schwimmhalle meine Augen dermassen gerötet, sodass ich im Moment bloss mit einer dunklen Sonnenbrille herumlaufen kann (Chlor und die Kunststofflinsen sind nicht kompatibel), habe jedoch schon morgen einen Termin beim Augenarzt. Ich hoffe, dass ich in einigen Tagen wieder einigermassen besser sehen kann.
Vielen herzlichen Dank für alle eure Genesungswünsche und Gebete, denn auch sie haben dazu beigetragen, dass die Rhea-Kur zumindest teilweise ein Erfolg war, Ute

Sto facendo così bene e ora sono indolore al 90% (senza infiltrazioni), le mie vertebre lombari erano completamente bloccate, e soffro anche di poli-artrosi.
Poiché continuo a soffrire di disturbi dell'equilibrio, devo imparare a camminare di nuovo correttamente con un *Rollator* per un periodo di tempo più lungo e devo continuare ad usare un fisioterapista. Purtroppo il cloro nella piscina coperta mi ha arrossato così tanto che al momento posso andare in giro solo con occhiali da sole scuri (il cloro e le lenti di plastica non sono compatibili), ma domani ho un appuntamento con l'oculista. Spero di poter vedere di nuovo meglio in pochi giorni.
Grazie mille per tutti i vostri auguri di guarigione e preghiere, perché hanno anche contribuito al fatto che la cura Rhea è stata almeno in parte un successo, Ute.

Comme je continue à souffrir de troubles de l'équilibre, je dois réapprendre à marcher correctement avec un *Rolator* pendant une plus longue période et continuer à voir un physiothérapeute. Malheureusement, le chlore de la piscine intérieure a tellement rougi mes yeux que je ne peux me promener qu'avec des lunettes de soleil foncées pour le moment (le chlore et les lentilles en plastique ne sont pas compatibles), mais j'ai rendez-vous demain avec l'ophtalmologiste. J'espère que dans quelques jours, je pourrai à nouveau mieux voir.

Un bon retour à toi ma Ute, je vois que tu viens de découvrir ce que je vis au quotidien depuis plus de 30 ans, cette année je n'ai pas pu aller en cure du fait je suis coincée de partout et je souffre le martyr malgré 3 séances de kinésithérapie et 3 séances de balnéothérapie hebdomadaires, je pense que je vais passer un très mauvais hiver. Sorry about the red eyes. Thinking other stuff (ugh) in that pool might have helped you get them. I haven't been in a pool in ages, and after your incident it may remain that way!

I've been offline most of the time...but I've seen all your uploads, and I'll soon do a longer session in your gallery. But I wanted to send all my congratulations to you, because you are starting to do well; and because the doctors helped you, despite infections, pain, etc. I know it was an ordeal, Ute, and I know you have more healing ahead of you...but I'm very glad you came through the procedures with health, and fine spirits. And I'm amazed at how much you've posted in the last month or so---kudos. And if you have to post older images for a while, that's fully understandable: It's hard to complete any art when you're recovering. And then...we get to see art that some of us haven't seen before. So it works out beautifully for everyone.
I love this image! The woman smiles like she owns the world, and like she has a secret---ie, "everything is going to be fine!" I love that smile. And you give her bright pink running shoes, which are great contrasts to that bright blue (in "Powerback", and in the wheel-trim, etc). Also you put her "across" the road, so she makes a great criss-cross with the white line of the road. And you put the road against a golden autumn farm scene. The clouds are dramatic too (and they gather right over her head!) A very positive, uplifting image, Ute.
