Description
I am so glad that I did not take the opportunity recently to go to the Philippines because I do not like waiting any where especially in an airport. my friend was to depart on the 9-4-19 at 11:15 pm to return to the US. well, she did not since the flight did not leave until 4:30 AM 9-5-19 to Seoul connecting to DFW. she had her relatives to drop her at the airport at 4:00 PM so they would miss some of the traffic which is horrendous. so she waited for 12 hours. there is a typhoon at Taiwan that caused the delay. now I am trying to find out which flight she is on from Seoul. I live 30+ miles from DFW airport and must leave early to avoid the heavy rush hour traffic to pick her up

A splendid little lake, the sky is so blue. I really dislike flight departures and delays. DFW airport is not my idea of a fun place. I was so lost there once... an angel of a stranger took me by the hand and rescued me. :) Good luck with your friend.

Yeah, flying can be a real pain - especially with all the storms going on everywhere. 12 hours is a loooong time to be spending in an airport.. I drove through rush-hour traffic in DFW once a few years ago. I'll soak my clothes in gasoline and tap-dance through hell before I try THAT again.... 🤣
