Description

and an apology as well. I had promised myself that I would stay on top of all your uploads but, the last two days have proven to strain me to the utmost. 1) An Electrician contractor was to come out at 0800 to look at and replace four of our lamps. He came out and then, and this may be a bit of miscommunication, that we needed to purchase the new bulbs. He pulled his ladder out and I had thought he left, so I locked the door and went about opening T-House. 2) My co-worker came up to me about 1100 and informed me that the temperature in our old walkin freezer was 'high'. I noted the temp and proceeded to empty it over to our newer walk-in freezer; After telling my boss the wonderful new. (now I'm dressed in my good clothes: shirt, tie, dress slacks, and fedora. The people actually came over and discovered that the timer motor on the defrost part of the system had burnt out, which was why decided to go south on us. 3) The usual end of the month paperwork had to be completed and during my time doing that, I kept getting interrupted but, I finally finished it by 1500. By the time all was said and done, I was just too burnt out to even look at your art. Starting tomorrow, I will get caught up on your work. Again, my apologies to you all. Mike

"and I had thought he left, so I locked the door " ... I thought for a minute you were going to say you'd locked him in! The gadgets are fine when they're working ...

I understand busy days. Please don't fret about commenting on my images, I take care of my mom 24/7 and there are many times I can't get here as often as I would like. I declare gallery bankruptcy and only comment on the new stuff. I simply can't keep up with everything.

I like this girl character, she looks fun and she looks like she has lots of stories to tell.

Interesting imagery. It looks like this might not be the end for her, but a new beginning as she heads to resurrection parking. We all have days like that, sometimes more often than we'd like. Things in general, including contractors, don't work like they used to.

Now there's an adorable little cutie - just the thing for tired eyes... A lovely render, Mike!

We seem to be on the same cosmic plane, buddy! With you it's freezers and paperwork... With me, it's this one-day bathroom floor project that's now in it's 3rd day! 😫 The good news is the toilet is back in and working with no leaks! 😄 Just need to put down tile now..

Ah, she's a sweet little doll...no need to apologize...leaving comments on our images not the most important thing to worry over these days...

No apologies needed my friend. Sounds like stressful busy issues currently Mike. I don't mind if you can't comment on some images and no catch ups are required bro. Take care of things. BTW. great image.

well as someone who disappears for days on end (me) I'm in no place to complain about you not commenting for a few days. You're one of the devoted ones here, so you have nothing to apologize for (and you had the kinds of days that leave one zapped and emptied). I can see you have the 'end of days' on your mind, because you've made a delightful play out of it in your image. Love the young woman's gaze (richard called it anime, and she sure has anime eyes), and I love her half dance pose; and then the place you put her in: that old decaying furniture and a chair right out of an old barber shop (love it) with an age-old floor filled with tectonic cracks. And signs of the end of the world! They make their appearance very unassumingly too. A delightful and inventive image. And I hope things are getting better for you now, Mike. It's not been an easy year for you, to say the least.
