Description
A tribute to a sci-fi show from way back in my youth. The show was called STARLOST. The last surviving members of our race live in huge domes, 50 miles in diameter, and are unaware that there is anything outside these domes.
Due to an accident 300 years ago they have been cut off from each other, and with the crew dead and the ship adrift, they are unaware that the ship is headed on a collision course with the star that was to be their salvation.
Hope you enjoy.

Fozz thats a great looking ship concept, very spectacular scale, practical too! - the planet looks great on the left, but the 70's style star filter doesn't work for me - too disco! ;)

'The giant Earthship Ark, drifting through deep space over 800 years in the far future..." This was such a fantastic concept for a TV series, I loved it. But the networks botched it. The 'Sphere Projector' computer info terminals were great too. I hear that the original model for the Ark still exists somewhere in the home of some former CTV studio manager. I've always dreamed that someone might resurrect the show but it never happened. Thanks for creating this.

Don't know the show, but I love your image.
