Lots of hardware and software induced problems getting the light right in this one. I think this one is OK finally. I'll close this chapter and move on to the next project.

Really need to see this one in full size to appreciate the details. Nicely done!

I would change two things (but you are moving on now so you probably won't 😀):

The fallen down trees in the riverbed look a little weird to me, in those opposite directions and I would put the upper clouds higher or change them to volumetric clouds, so that the bottom of those clouds would not be so straight.

But thos are minor things. The overall image is great!

About the dead trees in the water : They're supposed to be carried there by a high tide... I think that if they fell from the rocks the would be positioned closer to the canyon wall. And you're absolutely right about the clouds looking 2D (though they're actually 3D...)
