Description
These 2 are my original characters.
I feel I need to practice more interactions between people, so that I what I wanted to practice here.

Best parts: The freckles on the girl's face, the way the skin on the gorgon's breast bunches up between the girl's fingers.
Worst part (by far): The heads of the snakes. They are underdeveloped and lack a lot of detail in comparison to almost everything else in the picture.
The other detail that could use some work is the girl's hand on the gorgon's back. This is a difficult angle to draw a hand from, so it can be forgiven, and the foreshortening on the fingers looks OK, but they narrow far too quickly, almost as if they were facing away from the viewer rather than towards him. The index finger is particularly weird. Looking at my hand from this angle, I think the fingers probably should not narrow at all.
I like the composition of this image. The triangular slice of blue negative space in the upper right makes a very nice line, and I like the spot where you cut off the gorgon's "hair" (not quite far enough out to explicitly indicate that she has more hair than a human could, but just far enough that the viewer comes to that conclusion on their own).
