Ainsi, un Yeufin peut transmettre ce qu'il a l'intention de dire, sans l'aide de sa voix, et transmettre volontairement ce qu'il voit ou ce qu'il imagine. Il peut voir un "écran virtuel" de l'IMPEN, comme on verrait lors d'un rêve lucide contrôlé. Il peut "manipuler" son IMPEN mentalement; ainsi, il peut transmettre des commandes aux objets équipés d'un IMPEN pour objet (par exemple, les bracelets d'obéissance que les Grand-Pieds doivent porter). In my series, each Fine-Eyes individual has total control of his/her ENIMP; there is no centralized control on them; Fine-Eyes are free individuals. However, the actual Big-Tech companies are studying the possibility of having full control of the whole population on Earth.
