This image has a layered, textured look. It's beautiful. The light in the background is quite bright, and it seems to "paint" the image with its bright whites. I love the long sweep of your background. That lone tree is a wonderful "accent". And that old person on the right looks like a proud warrior, or elder. I love the textures you gave the face. And you have an elephant and its child---very tender. (You also have giraffes and their children.) Beautiful ornaments and clothing on the elder. A very touching image of dignity and ancient roots. And your overall hue is an amber yellow-gold. Quite beautiful, Ute. You capture your title perfectly.
