Instant like. On a second glance, this is a gardner's dream: the autumn foliage falls of the tree, but doesn't touch the groungr. If you know what kind of grass has to be planted to achieve this, let me know, Urgently. Right now, actually. Just before I stand in the garden for a week stuffing dead leaves into sacks again.
Or maybe this is why this looks like a fantasy render. It would be mine definitely.
