We are very proud to announce the winner of this months "Artist of the Month" - Ute Reichling [UteBigSmile]. Ute received nearly twice the number of votes from the Renderosity community for the Artist of the Month. She is a highly regarded artist and friend to many in the community. Ute works primarily with DazStudio and in Mixed Mediums, as you can see in her gallery. She is a talented and imaginative artist who creates evocative imagery which is often infused with themes of fantasy, science fiction, folklore and domestic scenes from history. Ute has contributed an astonishing 3,457 digital artworks since joining Renderosity in 2005.

I'm very happy to announce that after a week of voting Renderosity members have overwhelmingly chosen UteBigSmile as the Renderosity Artist of the Year! Ute is a strong member of the community having posted over 3,000 of her artworks to Renderosity galleries since she joined in 2005. She was chosen "Artist of the Month" for June, 2015 and works primarily with Daz Studio and Mixed Mediums. As you can see from the video she created of her 2015 artworks (see below), UteBigSmile is a talented and imaginative artist. Elle est très belle cette image, je dirais que lorsque l'on la regarde on ressent ta douleur. Ma pauvre Ute, je ne comprends que trop bien ce que tu endures. Cette année j'ai fait l'impasse sur la cure thermale je n’aurais pas du car c'est l'enfer. Cela fait trois décennies que j'ai appris à vivre avec des pathologies dont on ne meurt pas mais qui te font vivre un enfer 24/24 heures et 365 jours par an. Je ne veux pas mettre ton moral à mal, mais on ne s'habitue pas à souffrir !! Au point de se dire qu'il n'y a que la mort qui fera cesser cette torture. Mais chaque jour, tu te dis d'être heureuse d'être en vie au cas où la médecine ferait des progrès et pourrait t'aider au lieu de vouloir te donner de la morphine. Il y a 30 ans quand on a commencé à m'en donner, au bout de 10 jours j'ai arrêté car je ne veux pas être une droguée et être maîtresse de mes pensées. Ma drogue c'est Daz, mais plus les années avancent moins je peux rester longtemps devant l'écran et c'est très dur. Courage ma Ute

La douleur; c'est invisible; on se sent tellement seul lorsque l'on doit vivre avec une douleur chronique! Personne ne peut le comprendre sauf ceux et celles qui la subissent. Cette image, si touchante, décrit très bien ce sentiment! Bon courage!

Aw, hon, I'm so sorry those treatments didn't help - I wish I had the power to make your pain go away.. I know it's discouraging, as my wife has back and knee problems as well.. Hope things get better for you, and we're always here for you, dear Ute!
