The site is the Garrison dam spillway located in North Dakota. Garrison Dam,
one of the largest earth dams in the world, forms the immense Lake Sakakawea.
The police car is a 1968 Buick Wildcat. The badging is all make believe.
I'm still playing with BKE's idea for dams. He really got me going here.
