The shading on the skin is highly realistic (makes me wonder how it was done: The textures and everything are almost photographic and it must have been a ton of work). It makes a great contrast with the complete lack of shading on the clothes and with the sharp outlines. I also like sort of cut out effect in the background, which is lighter just around the figure.

The composition is too sexploitative for my taste (par for the course on this site I guess), but the technique is very interesting.
