Description
Anyone can do it and it works in times of anger, frustration and grief. As Kaley demonstrates here take just a few moments time for prayer of thanks and gratefulness, some inspiration from Scripture and tell the Lord in your own words what you're going through. He already knows but he just wants to hear it straight from your heart and in your own words. Your spirit will be renewed and your inner peace restored.
