The locations of the feet are strange. I think both of them should be further left. Also the hips seem too high, making her legs longer than all of the rest of her body put together.
I understand that this is supposed to be about the dress, and I shouldn't be worrying about these issues, but they bug me.

You‘re absolutely right, the shoes look weird, I have to change it. The legs in fashion illustrations are usually very long, I think that this is what looks strange in combination with the big butt, but that‘s the female note I‘ve spent my woman. ;)
