Yellowstone is a magical kingdom, something out of a fairy tale; and it's hard to believe it's real, even when you're standing there. This is typical for the place, and you caught that moonrock feel from a number of its areas, plus the corroded-copper feel of the bubbling cauldron---also common in Yellowstone---all white hot and steaming. The blue mountains in the background are a fine contrast in this fine sprawling shot.

Japan has hot springs so guess the US version has to be Super Hot Springs, an interesting place, but looks dangerous — not that you can really get 40 miles from a volcano in Japan :)
