Its almost to late for flowers, autumn is coming - I found some Dahlia near by our home in a farmers garden :-)

great light, terrific composition, and crop...a closeup of the dahlia's center...and the surrounding petals 'fade', as they get further from the center. So you've created a "star-burst, a visual explosion. The outer petals are like ripples in a pond. And the image is soaked in reds with deep shadows and a few white highlights. I agree with mmitchell_houston. You cropped this perfectly, priska.
