I think I like your ink style better with a few lighter values of ink thrown in. The stark black and white is very graphical and abstract. These are not bad things, but they are also things that your style already has in spades, and does not need any help with.
I do like the small details, like the dots below the eye or the triangles above the arm at the bottom. I see you have them in other works too, but I rarely notice them there. I wonder what makes them stand out more this time?
