I'm always struck at the subtle variations you get in your abstract treatments. This, for all its "shattered glass" feel (something you portray in a number of your works) has a painterly feel: The splotches and flying shards feel like acrylic or even well bordered watercolor (or gouache). (Well-bordered---my term, lol---meaning there's no watercolor bleed here.) There's a flatness here and there that gives this a tactile 2D feel. (You know, I never heard or used the word "2D" until I came here, and saw that it was used in contrast to 3D art.) A vital explosion, with your usual shifting pov's and exuberant energies; and with colors that act like bright lights. I hope people see these full size: They open up and explode at full view.
