"vieille branche" can be translated as 'old chap', 'old chum', 'old friend', 'old codger', 'lieber alter', etc. and intended (in this scene) with great affection.

So a literal translation could be, 'To our health, old friend'. Or, as perhaps intended in this scene, 'To our health, you old goat!!'
