Description
Note: I am playing the mad scientist.
I called the mayor's office to be informed about the marriage procedures; they told me about the required documents and to send them to the mayor's secretary. I told her that I am sending them in a small package, by my employee, directly to the mayor's secretary. I sent Jianyu by taxi for that mission. With these documents, the authorities will investigate Jianyu and Mera, before being accepted for marriage registration.
