Almost good materials (except ground -tis too blury and plane). Nice models (liked that rags in right). Though they are fairly simple ;), they are "right things in right places", but i must say - there's too much empty space in center of the composition. And at last - where are light sources? Or "what" they are? :)) If light comes through scars, i'll suggest you to create volumetric effect, it will look much better...
