Description

Hello Rendosians, I"m still testing my copy of Vue. This time I wanted to represent a scene of my region : la Lorraine. In Lorraine we have a mountain massif named Vosges. It is a massif of old eroded mountains that attracts tourists in winter for skiing and in summer for hiking. The nature is well protected because part of it is also a natural parc. If you look at these mountains from my region in the morning, they draw a delicate blue line in the landscape. A former and famous Education Minister (Jules Ferry) was born in Saint-Dié des Vosges and wanted to be buried near "The blue line of the Vosges Mountains" and this idiom became famous. The Vosges mountains were also the borderline between France and Germany between 1871 and 1918 instead of the Rhine Valley as nowadays ! My friend KarmaSong lives on the over side of the Vosges, in Franche-Comté and that's why I made this riddle for him, writing about my next render : " The subject of my next image link us and separate us at the same time". I hope he found the answer before seeing my picture! (giggles !) So here it is for the story behind the picture. I hope you'll like it as much as I like it ! Wow! J'ai tout d'abord cru à une photo, tout en ayant à l'esprit ce que tu m'avais annoncé il y a peu, d'une composition faite avec Vue ! ...Je suis bluffé par l'authenticité du rendu de cette fameuse ligne bleue des Vosges, et par l'atmosphère , la lumière...J'ai l'impression de me retrouver en voiture en train de quitter le sud des Vosges pour remonter vers Colmar, ou l'autoroute qui longe le Rhin côté allemand quand je vais à Fribourg ! Même la forme du clocher est 'bien d' chez nous' ! C'est du top niveau , Virginie, bravo pour le partage de ce tableau vosgien impressionniste de toute beauté.

Vue ? Allez ! tu rigoles ! c'est une photo...on ne me la fait pas à moi !!! Non ? C'est Vue ? Alors là, tu nous en mets plein la...vue ! Impressionnant de réalisme...grand bravo. Moi, ce matin, je serais plutôt en train de regarder la ligne grise du Vercors !
