Description
Pencils, as usual.
This is taking a very long time, but I am uploading another update just to show that it is actually getting done. It has been slow going and also I have had other things on my table, but progress is being made.

It is an art in itself to draw so precisely and accurately with pencil. - I lack the ability to do so.

To Schnuckelchen: This is not an innate talent, but rather something that took a lot of practice to learn. I am pretty sure that almost anyone can learn to do it if they are willing to put in the work that it requires.
Also, although I do everything completely freehand, many serious artists use things like measuring with rulers, grids, and even tracing in the early stages.
If you want to learn, I will be glad to help insofar as I am able.

that is super, and although the title says WIP I think this is beautiful in itself as is

Thank you all for your kind words. I have uploaded the finished image, now. It is actually not too different from this version: I finished the mandala and tweaked some of the shading, but that is all.
