Hey all. Been neglecting the medieval fantasy side for some time. Overall wanted it to be less 'painterly', but looks like it went that way nonetheless. Meh. Neeways, me still hopes you enjoys. Thanks a bunch all. Have a great week/weekend. PS : BTW that's real dazstudio-bred volumetric light rays folks. Initially wanted to add them in PS, but then thought, what the hell, let's try to flex some technical muscle. Nearly lost my mind :-p. So, yeah, overall turned out ok. A little too much noise here and there, but meh. Anyhoo, just thought I'd mention that. Ok, time for my meds haha

personally i rather like the whole painterly thing. With the (rather good) light you've used it is reminiscent of some of the C.19th German romantics (heroic Valkyrie maidens and all that).

I always think this armour/bow set looks more like World of Warcraft rather than mediaeval, but it doesn't detract form the picture, which is fab. I suspect she'd manage to make a paper bag look stylish...

Hehehe...yeah I guess I've always been confused between fictional/fantasy/historical medieval stuff. I always tend to lump everything together Great point man!
