Another terrific pin-up, Mike! (Just a suggestion: bend the toes. Unless she has Schwartzennager strength toes, I think she might have a hard time bending the front of the shoe like that. Other than that A++!)

Check the heel as well if the creator put a heel bone you might be able to adjust it to maintain the high heel shape.
