Description
Teuila Kalani who also goes by the call sign Cyclone is an Apollo Class EVO with the ability to manipulate and focus H20 around her hands creating powerful tornados, hurricanes, and cyclones with category 6 level power for offensive, defensive, and flight capabilities. The power of her winds can topple massive buildings, deflect projectiles, and achieve between Mach 3 to 4 speeds of flights. As one of the newest members of the Regulator unit, Teuila fights hard to throw off her the green of being a rookie so that she can become a solid asset to her team.
