I am not sure where the green light ray comes from but it looks interesting for me.
The other one came from a passing car.

very vivid and clear...I see your shutter is set to 30 seconds: You got really golden-yellow light, as a result, and the lights from the car are almost part of the curb; and that green light---lol, I have no clue what that is either, but it adds a whole new mystery to your shot, yes: Like someone is hiding in the trees, spying. The light here is buttery yellow, and it's beautiful. And it colors everything around it...beautiful reds on the ground and against the trees. A very sweet shot.
