Description
Here's a look a types of panel.
The Establishing Shot;
It establishes where your character is, whether they’re on a building, in a building, under ground, on the water, underwater, etc.
The Insert Panel;
Used to show a close up detail of something within the panel.
The Full Shot;
Used to put the focus on one character.
The Medium Shot;
Used for a closer look at a character. Do not crop at the joints.
The Close-up Shot;
Used to show the person talking., also a person’s emotions.
Extreme Close-up;
Used to emphasize a particular detail or emotion.
Detail Shot;
Used to focus on a particular detail.
Group Full Shot (or Pull Back Shot);
Used to focus on a group of characters.
Put back to show the whole scene that contained the detail in the detail shot.
Group Medium Shot;
Used for a closer look at a Group of characters. Do not crop at the joints.
High Angle Shot;
Used for a look down from high above.
Group Close-up Shot;
Same as the close-up shot, but a group of characters
Low Angle Shot;
Used for look up from the ground.

Really well done set of examples, John. I probably don't use enough varying views and camera angles - something that will be implemented more in Chapter 7. I'll still use the 5-panel format, but you'll (hopefully) see more inserts, and medium to close shots. That panel where you've zoomed into Pam's (?) eyes is very effective. Nicely done, and a good one to keep in my mind as reference.

Rod, thank you for the nice comment; I have a ton books on drawing comic books, I wanted to translate what was in those books to show what they would look like in DAZ Studio. Hopefully, in a future Visual Narrative Workshop give more of talk on this sheet of tips.
