Description

Not a very happy day yesterday as I got a phone call from an early responder to tell me that our good friend Bill had passed away. Liz his wife wouldn't go to hospital to be checked over as she has rheumatoid arthritis & some dementia, until I had been called & asked if I could see to her cats. Liz & Bill bred 4 of my beautiful girls, Hattie, Carla 'B', Meadow & Jasmine. I have known them for 30 years. We have had some amazing times & fun showing our beautiful dogs. They live an hour away from us but we visited regularly, we saw Bill just days ago & he seemed fine. Liz bless her is very confused & is still in hospital, so I am visiting her everyday & then feeding the 4 cats & Gabby the parrot. Here are two of the puss cats, they are house cats, so when we arrived at their house when Bill passed away I had to keep shutting the front door when the police etc kept leaving it open but all four are there. Thanks for the lovely comments so appreciated. x

So very sorry to hear this news...it is always difficult to lose ones we care about so much...sometimes the ones we expect to go on forever suddenly make their departure...the kitties and parrot are lucky to have you in the meantime, though I would imagine their care takes a fair chunk out of your day...the kitty on the left reminds me of one of our dear, departed cats--Bibsy...
