Hi,
Sorry I've been absent, I had a 70 year old's 'event'...I fell over my own leg. It 'froze' (it just stopped moving) and I lunged forward and came down like a freakin' boulder. I mean, I bounced across the sidewalk like a stone over water! (boom, boom, boom). I was x-rayed and I'm ok...but whoa, the pain the next few days: whoosh! My body was doing grand opera! (I'm talkin' death scenes, melodrama, you name it...I called my lawyer and said, "I wanna sue age.")
But...I'll be back to comment in the next days. For now, let me wish you all a loving thanksgiving, and---what it's really all about---the end of the harvest season when we gather all we love, and be thankful. Thank you everyone for your love, kindness, support and great inspiration throughout the year: It's all wonderful and grand, and I'm very grateful for every one of you.

Cool photo and manip on it Mark. Love how you see the buildings in water with the detail more then from the ground. A very moody atmosphere and you did this up superbly my friend. Hope you'll not have any after effects from your fall. Geez at your age and mine we just can't keep falling, we will hurt ourselves. I hope you and family have a safe and grand Thanksgiving day Mark. Damn, buddy... I'm glad all the parts are still intact and working after that... It must have been quite a sight to see... You bouncing across the sidewalk like a basketball gone astray.. But one we don't want you to try and recreate for us, Mark.. Us old guys break easy!
I wish I knew a good lawyer for you - maybe we could get enough folks together and do a class-action suit.. I can just see the story on CNN: "Class Action Suit Against Age Started By Angry Dudes in Chicago and Kansas City Picks Up Steam - Slowly." I tried to sue my gallbladder once, and all I got out of that was a bit of gravel.. We parted ways after that..

A wonderful image, the colors are warm and golden like the autumn season. The buildings are fascinating as the reflection in the water is different than the buildings on land... even the trees seem to have more leaves in their reflection; it's almost a Dorian Gray effect.
I am so sorry you fell and hurt yourself. I'm extremely glad it was not serious. This getting older stuff is dangerous... go easy! I hope you have an easy and calm and accident-free holiday!

Wonderful work. As to suing age we could make it a class action I have a long list of grievances against it
