Description

The apothecary was created by Catherine de Médicis.Abandoned later, it was recreated as a museum of remedies that were needed at that time: deer horn, slugs, toads, snails slime ... and all kinds of herbal preparations .

OMG, this is amazing...Great capture, J_C...as an aside, I haven't been to the doctor in nearly 40 years--I use what some might consider unconventional stuff for those little nuisances, so one should not deride the use of some weird sounding remedies...not too sure about snail slime though:)
