Description

A walk on the beach is good exercise. Justice added a little weight lifting to enhance the effectiveness of the exercise. Adaline doesn’t constitute much weight in this case, but it certainly makes the experience more enjoyable. Thought our December babies might enjoy a bit of sun and sand – I sure would!
