Thanks for taking the time a trouble to comment.
The face texture is predominately 3Dream's Master skin resource 7 for Dawn though I have added a few freckles and other skin marks and tried to give a little more depth to the laughter lines around the eyes.

Very nice portrait and composition. The skin shader looks pretty realistic, I really like how the lines around her eyes turned out.
