I wish I could be her... or at least with her in this room. Our world produces too much unnecessary noise. Everyone's screaming at the top of their lungs, to be heard, to be recognized... to be something, anything. We're so desperate for our five minutes of fame. To become king (or queen) for a day... and in the process we forget that we might end up being the fool for a lifetime.
Maybe she can hear all this noise while trying to concentrate on the important things. Maybe that's why her face shows pain and sorrow. Maybe she knows what some of us try to hide...by producing more and more noise.

PS: I've taken a deep stare into the abyss. And to be honest: I'll prefer the neverending darkness over our noisy world anytime.
