Time? Before the train, it was local time. The railway made sure that Belgium was one of the first in the world to introduce a standard time, the Greenwich time (GMT).
Temps?

a former client of mine was from Belgium and her father was a master clock repairer/maker. a customer brought him a clock hoping he would purchase it which he did. after several months she returned to his shop/store. she seen a clock that was so beautiful and wanted to purchase it. after he told her that the clock was hers already previously , she was very surprised. she did purchase it paying far more than than she sold it for.
