Description

Looking over the "leggy" mechs inspired by H.G. Wells in my Runtime, using a man and the Colosseum for scale. Left to right: "Martian-tripod" by RetroTech, "Alien Guard" by Petipet, and "Titanoid" by Summoner. Figures in Poser, rendered in Vue, postwork in FilterForge

Well, of course Petipet's "Alien Guard" will be shorter with it crouched all spider-like. extending the legs of the "Alien Guard" would provide a better comparison with the "Martian Tripod" model. I'm betting their relative height will be a lot closer, even without resizing Petipet's item.

Sincerely,

Bill

That's an interesting thought about the legs. I know the "cowls" of both machines are about the same size.
