No One Remembered
"All it takes is a short drive,
Or even a phone call--
And yet she gave her all
at the time when we were small.
Years passed her by,
We left and she stayed
with her little companion at her side.
Christmas time is here--
We had our joys and fun,
gifts were opened by everyone
And yet no one remembered,
She sits alone, mellowed and feeble
by the light of her little Christmas tree."

It is in deed a harsh reality for probably a growing amount of people. But I also realize, that a lot of people in our society nowadays don't want to be disturbed in their „bubble of peace“. Thats maybe, why we lock the ugly, the poor, the old, the weak and the ill away into nursing homes, Hospitals and elsewhere. The world shall belong to the young, beautiful and strong ones. But all will grow older and weak and have the right to be treated with dignity and in love.
Your picture is phantastic, Jenny and it carries an important message which certainly don‘t fits very well between all the shining lights, young faces, long legs and firm boobs. But it is a reality which we need to face! Thank you for this render!

Sadly it is far too common in today's society. This really pulls at the heartstrings, in a powerful way, Lil' Sis. No longer can my wife or I give a warm Christmas hug to those who gave us life, nor remind them that they are loved and not forgotten. Relish every day you have with them.

This is such a beautiful and touching render and poem. It really strikes home how so many are forgotten at Christmas, left to be alone, with no one there to share the day with them. It breaks my heart to think of it, and how you make the feelings come across so poignantly and real is truly artistic. It is a great thought piece for this time of year, so remind us not to be selfish and think only of what we are wanting or expecting of the holiday season, but to open our eyes and look around, to see the wants and needs of others, and do what we can to try to reach out and make their holiday season a little happier and brighter too. Kudos for a beautiful, powerful, masterful work! I love it so much!

her dog is trying to say "I am with you forever". when I was going to a nursing home to visit an old lady, there were so many that never had visitors. many nursing homes will not give proper care for those with no visitors.
another year to enjoy your fine characters. If I get Poser running again, I will stay in your runtime. Maybe this year, I will return to the Philippines to visit all the people I know. Will not be the same since one died while with their sons in Las Vegas recently.
