Very sensitively done Steve. The rose is in a pair of praying hands (one has to look closely, because this image has several beautiful things in it), and it has delicate water drops on it. The angel appears to be sitting on a beautiful crescent moon (with vines along it), her gown bunches up beautifully, and we can see her sandals through it, at the bottom---a sweet detail. You use winter-like blues, and the "Merry Christmas" has a beautiful snow-like grain around it (visible in zoom)---beautiful detail, Steve. And she holds a cross like an offering. In fact, she presents herself as a holiday offering. And her red-brown hair is a beautiful contrast to the winter blues and whites. A simple, beautiful offering, and perfect for the holiday. It's always nice when Christmas is celebrated with hugs and invitations, so that it retains its intimacy. I hope your season is blessed, Steve, and the same for 2020.
