I seen the TV show about this unique building and garden last night. all of the stones were carved on site and took months to complete. same method for Japanese castles. in other pictures I will show the wall. I think I took pictures of the building during construction

It's so very impressing, and what a patient the builders must have had. A great and interesting capture, Richard. So this is in Dallas. BTW, I suspect you did something in architecture because you wrote about selling expensive lamps.

Fantasic Photo of a rather unusual building. Reminds a little of a Japanese castle. Great done, Richard.

I love that you caught this with angles (as if you used a wide-angle lens) which complement the building's shifting structure. I really like the bldg, even though it's weird and lopsided...I wonder why Rolex chose such a design, though I assume it's to create a 'shifting' feeling (and giving each floor different views of the outside world, as bldgs with shifting structures like this intend---ie, getting away from the 'box' of most bldgs). In any case, your photo shifts as well, and I love how the whole area seems effected by the bldg in your photo, as if the bldg threw everything into a mild tizzy. The stoplights on the side intrude on your photo, bringing us back to the 'present'. I really like this photo, Richard. And I wonder what that building is like in the interior...

A better view of that building and on how it integrates itself in the local urban environment.
