Emma thinks this kitty is rather large - but a rescue kitty is what she said.
The maid is thinking about the changing of litter trays etc and the extra work (It's a matter of status in a robot household to have a human to do the chores ... - and you have to provide work for the humans or they'll get up to mischief. Idle hands and all that.)
Chomper is hoping Emma won't ask exactly which Animal Rescue Centre or Shelter they got him from.
The local zoo has reported a break-in to the police; the police are not amused - they have quite enough to do nicking people for dropping litter.

Good job! I like that kitty; he will give them lots of big work until the police take him back. Clever idea mixing futuristic robots with the old film playing on the TV.

It's actually a picture of a London Tram. You can't see the destination, but it was the New Cross Gate Depot in South-East London; and I lived just round the corner from that tram depot in the fifties. I loved the trams. And they chucked them away and replaced them with buses runnining on imported oil ... Ah me; idiots...
