Description

This image will start a road trip that will take you and I down historic Route 66. Our first stop will be Ambler’s Texaco a historic 1933 filling station located at the intersection of Old U.S. Route 66. The station was the longest operating gas station along Route 66; it dispensed fuel for 66 continuous years until 1999. The couple in the Cadillac appear to be on their honeymoon. Ah the 50’s.
