Description

Inspired by Rtesian's Moon Tarot Card (https://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/tarot-moon/2917793/?p ) I made this one VERY loosely based on the card Strength, usually depicted with a maiden and a lion. Usual treatment with Impresso and Photoshop.

"... loosely based..." ?? A casual Google search will reveal hundreds of variations that go way beyond the classic Rider-Waite Tarot deck. Yours is as good as many and far, far better than most of what I've seen.

But whatever, I'm inspired by the RRun touch which shows (again !!) a tremendous versatility. Thanks, RRun :-)

I can also see a version where her hands are on the jaw of the lion. Now I just have to figure out what it means upside down in my card reading, a moment of weakness perhaps...

I really like it. Is this the new lion character? Tarot cards have wonderful iconography and I dont think anyone has ever truly explained where they really came from. The postwork adds a nice touch, placing the card in the real world. Very good!
