Description
Working on house ships for a sci fi comic that's kind of a cross between Dune and Game of Thrones. Used Summoner's Gothic Emperor and Lost Skull and the DAZ Skeleton cross bones prop.
Note: this was my first attempt to do a space background and I don't think it looks that great, I thought it should be blurred as it the detail would be in the distance but I obviously need to experiment a LOT more.

I feel your space background is perfectly serviceable - I've made much worse ones myself. ;-) It has a bit of a surreal feel to it, which I suppose is a good thing and seems to serve the gothic ship rather well.
Just a note, though: The ship kind of reminds me of Warhammer 40k, so if you're doing an original comic, you may want to make sure the ship isn't actually fan art of a copyrighted work.
