Description

While taking a short break from getting all the upcoming T.N.A. stuff put together, I was playing around with some morphs. She started to kind of remind me of my favorite foxy Mandalorian chick, Sabine Wren. I just loved her in Rebels! I mean how can I not? She's cute, she's highly intelligent (she can fix ANYTHING), she loves to blow stuff up, AND she's an artist! My kind of girl... She'd make an awesome T.N.A. Girl if she wasn't stuck in that galaxy far, far away. I didn't really attempt to recreate all of her armor from 'Rebels' (this was her day off) other than her Mandalorian helmet with her custom paint job. She was a fun little diversion - hope you like her. I mentioned in my last post I'd have some major announcements.... Here's the first: I have just opened up a channel on TWITCH. What I'm planning on doing is getting set up to do some livestreams of my creative process for the T.N.A. series. I've been watching a few livestreams by Jay Versluis - The WP Guru, and just watched another one on DS by Chris Cox (both are members here at Rendo). The stream would not only show all my trials and tribulations (LOL) while creating the series, but it's also just a fun way to hang out, chat, and interact with friends. It's free to sign up on Twitch - same as with YouTube - and you don't get spam. It's in the planning stages right now, but I'll have an announcement when I'm ready to go. It's here: https://www.twitch.tv/rodshelley Things are moving along - I'd hoped to be farther along than I am, but I'm slowly catching up to (what's left of) my schedule... Thanks so much for all your wonderful comments and support! You all are the best! Rod's Blog Facebook Twitter Girls From T.N.A. Website Girls From T.N.A. I'll have to show this to my 40-year old daughter who enjoys dressing up as a Mando. (She's actually a card-carrying member of the Mandalorian Guild.)

Nice job.

god, I can't believe how many of your pieces I've not commented on...I face the decision, should I do my usual long comments, and therefore have to comment on fewer, or do shorter comments, but get to them all...(I much prefer to give my all to your work, but I'll have to think about it in the days to come...I wish I knew some code that compressed my wordiness into tiny peas...kind of 24th C tablets that substitute for a meal...but for now...) Ok. you used that great sideways partition/wall (which barb and I played with---barb's was way better than mine!) and you gave Sabine an olive green theme, with a great combat outfit and lots of detail. And a deep orange light on her, plus orange in her helmet and on her top. (006 on her gun---a little bow to Agent 006?) You handle these juxtapositions---here, Sabine and your starry background image---seamlessly. And the fiery yellow beneath her left foot is a real accent. Really fine portraiture, and those blues are great contrast to Sabine's rich olive and orange tones. She looks very confident without gloating. Fine stance too.
