Probably one of the reasons my great grandfather left Scotland in the 1880's. If it were up to me I'd give it back to the Scots in a heart beat but it seems we Americans are having a hard enough time getting our own country back from "him" - I just can't say his name!!!!!! Good luck with your endeavor from a fellow Scot.

Do like your depiction of crushing fascism..
The rise of fascism is a world wide phenomenon...overpopulation/population pressure and the contest of gaining scarce and valuable resources is part of the stimulus leading to fascism/nationalism...just look at the fascist movement in the US with the repugnant tRump leading this movement...better education can also help stem the rise of this hideous movement. Vote wisely--it only took Hitler 3 years to convert a democratic society into a fascist one.
