Hi folks, this is Sheri Lyn, your host for today. In case you forgot, I'm the guitarist with our all girl band. I let my hair grow out and curled it like the girl singers from the sixties and seventies - hope you like it (small chuckle). Anyway that is not what I'm here to talk about. Dave got this brand new gymnastics equipment for us ladies to work out on. As you saw in the last posting, Carla was working out on the pommel horse, generally considered a male dominated piece of equipment - whatever? She is really good and I love watching her go through her routine. I've only done a minimal amount of gymnastics in my exercise regimen but one thing I can say is I do have really good flexibility. Dave is really amazed when I can just walk into the gym cold, kick my shoes off and go into a full-on side split, as I'm doing here. Must be genetics, I guess. Dave thought it made for a very interesting visual while I was still fully dressed. Well that's all we got for you fine folks today so be safe, have a great weekend and enjoy.
