Description
The chair tilts back while keeping the seat angled. A local welding shop modified a laptop table so it will fit over my chair. I've got my keyboard attached with loop fasteners. (One of my symptoms is dystonia which is uncontrollable movement of my limbs. That was causing me to knock my keyboard across the room -- not good.) It is positioned so my elbows can rest on the arms of the chair and my wrist on the table. This makes it easy to type with minimal muscle movement.
I was using a mouse, but it was too taxing on my arms, so my wife got me a track ball I can rest on my lap and only requires slight movement of my thumb.
My 32" monitor is positioned on an articulated arm so I can position it over my face. (We're trying to sell our big house so we can move in to a tiny place. Once we move I'm investing in a bigger monitor and it will be mounted on a motor mount... OR, I;'m going to save my money and get a workstation that looks kind of like a dental chair that is 100% motorized.)

Wow !! We had the opportunity to communicate by sitemail, I understand now no installation. Not having at all the same pathology as you, for the moment I am lighter equipped. But if I stop fighting against my various pathologies I will reach this kind of installation. Courage to you and thank you for your presence my friend.

It's nice having two monitors, however, I need to get a different setup for the 2nd monitor. It's really difficult for me to turn my head to look at the 2nd one. I really need the 2nd one to be above the main one so I just have to lift my eyes to see it.
