Wow, il est très compliqué. J'imagine le pauvre serviteur qui doit y installer les zillions de bougies, les allumer, puis, lorsque sa lumière n'est plus nécessaire, éteindre les bougies, les retirer, puis nettoyer le lustre de son résidu de cire ... dans le noir, au sommet d'une échelle. Aujourd'hui, nous n'avons qu'à allumer ou éteindre la lumière, à notre guise ... sans le désordre.
